Software Pricing
Submission and Review Package
In order to offer competitive pricing for all of our clients, large and small,
complex and simple, we use the following formula. The price of the Submission
and Review package for one year is:
$125 * submission types (Papers, Posters, Panels, Applications, etc.) +
$30 * tracks (review categories, usually based on areas of interest) +
$4 * submissions +
$6 * committee members +
$3 * referees (external reviewer, not on the committee)
Committee Support Package
We also offer a Committee Support package, which offers: (1) committee
structure and membership management, (2) Committee documents repository, and
(3) planning meeting management, including phone and face-to-face meetings,
inviting committe members, gathering attendance and meal counts. The price of
the Committee Support package for one year is:
$8.00 * this year's committee members +
$0.40 * other committee members (e.g., from previous years) +
$25.00 * this year's face-to-face meetings +
$4.00 * this year's documents +
$0.20 * other documents
